All student donors require parental permission.

Students: Please visit the sign-up table during the lunch periods to get your Student Brochure which contains the required permission form

Are you eligible to donate?
You must be between 16 and 75 years of age.
If age 76 or over, you may donate with a note from your physician.
16 year-old donors require parental permission or consent on the New York Blood Center form
(available on-line at www.nybloodcenter.org and at the drive).
You must weigh at least 110 pounds, be in good health, and feel well on the day of your donation.

Please eat and be well hydrated before donating.
