American Federation for Suicide Prevention – Rockland County Out of the Darkness Walk

When you walk in the Out of the Darkness Walks, you join the effort to raise awareness and funds that allow the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention (AFSP) to invest in new research, create educational programs, advocate for public policy, and support survivors of suicide loss. Thanks to Walkers and Donors, AFSP has been able to set a goal to reduce the annual suicide rate 20% by 2025. Café Castello Oktoberfest Fundraiser

Those working with youth around the world gather at the International Bullying Prevention Association Annual Conference. This is the conference for dialogue, learning, and exploration of topics critical to schools, agencies, and individuals dedicated to bullying prevention. Conference workshops and TED-inspired sessions include practical, hands-on solutions and theoretical, research-based presentations.
